What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium beverages and light snacks, while corporate charters include meeting facilities and options for business-oriented catering.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure better availability and allows time for tailor-made arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. Should the weather be unsafe as determined by our captain, we will suggest an alternative date for your booking or offer a complete refund. We watch the weather closely and will inform you if any expected changes 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure could affect your plans.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food items and drinks. Alternatively, we provide excellent catering services with customized menu options to suit your tastes. Please consider that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to make our services accessible to everyone. While some yachts are equipped with better accessibility features, we ask that you contact us during the booking process to discuss individual requirements, so that we can recommend the most accessible yacht and arrange necessary facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more before sailing, a full refund is issued. If you cancel between 24 to 72 hours before, you're eligible for a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the trip, the fee is non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our part.
